DMCA counter-notification

If your content was removed from Snowcone in response to a copyright takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). On a valid counter-notice we forward a copy to the original complainant and restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files suit against you in that window.

Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material was removed by mistake or misidentification exposes you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). To file the original takedown notice instead, see /dmca.
